Located in the Berry Hill neighborhood a few miles south of downtown Nashville, East Iris Studios offers six commercially bookable studios as well as a selection of standalone producer cottages around its campus. Formerly House of Blues Studios, East Iris Studios offers classic vintage gear and cutting-edge studio facilities in a relaxed environment.
While always remaining true to its heritage, the studio has continued to evolve with modern recording and content creation techniques. The addition of two Dolby Atmos mix rooms in 2018 has brought Film & TV projects on to the campus while studios are increasingly used as creative spaces for live streaming, broadcasting, music video and photo shoots.

The colorful artwork and artist portraits around the studio campus were painted by local artist, Scott Guion and give the campus a unique but unmistakably Nashville vibe.
